Will my donors get a receipt for their donation?
Yes. Every donor will receive an emailed receipt. We highly recommend you complete the “Add a Thank You” message portion of your profile, as well as send an Amplify Austin Day wrap up/thank you email to all of your donors after Amplify Austin Day is over.
Can I reissue a donor receipt?
Yes. Follow these instructions on resending an emailed receipt to a donor.
When will I receive funds raised?
Funds raised on your AmplifyATX.org nonprofit profile will be distributed directly to your nonprofit's bank account within 5 business days. All offline donations and ILHIGH Amplify Fund prizes and match incentives garnered by ILHIGH will be distributed to your organization in late April or early May, via BILL.
