It’s almost time!

Whether you’ve been going hard this Early Giving season or you’re ready to launch at 6 pm tomorrow, we’re grateful and excited to have you with us this Amplify Austin Day 2025. Here are a few things to keep in mind.

Leaderboards, your campaign goals, and the AmplifyATX.org donation ticker will all go live at 6 pm on March 5. If you have set a monetary campaign goal to be displayed on your profile, it will show up at the top of your AmplifyATX.org profile at 6 pm tomorrow along with a progress bar showing where you are with your fundraising! You can change your goal at any time.
Offline gifts are due TODAY (March 4) at 1 pm. Checks must be delivered to I Live Here I Give Here at 611 W. 14th Street, Austin, TX. We have a drop slot in the door. Make sure you have an offline donation form with them. There is no way for you to upload your own offline donations onto GiveGab.
Don’t go silent on Amplify Austin Day. Make sure you send at least two emails - one when the campaign launches around 6 pm on March 5 and another email before 6 pm on March 6. Post on social media, ask people to share your profile, and even call or text donors to say thank you or to remind them to donate!

GiveGab Customer Support Extended Hours

GiveGab will be providing extended hours for customer support starting on Monday, March 3. Use the blue chat bubble on AmplifyATX.org if you have any questions relating to your GiveGab account, AmplifyATX.org profile, donations and donation reports, adding or removing administrators, and more. You can also email customersuccess@givegab.com for help.

Tuesday 3/4: 8 am - 8 pm
Wednesday 3/5: 8 am - 11:59 pm
Thursday 3/6: 12 am - 10 pm
Friday 3/7: 8 am - 8 pm

A Few Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign up to compete for a prize?

Nope! Just go for it! Tell your supporters and do your best! See more about prizes here.

Will my donors get a receipt for their donation?

Yes. Every donor will receive an emailed receipt. We highly recommend you complete the “Add a Thank You” message portion of your profile, as well as send an Amplify Austin Day wrap up/thank you email to all of your donors after Amplify Austin Day is over.

Can I reissue a donor receipt?

Yes. Follow these instructions on resending an emailed receipt to a donor.

When will I receive funds raised?

Funds raised on your AmplifyATX.org nonprofit profile will be distributed directly to your nonprofit's bank account within 5 business days. All offline donations and ILHIGH Amplify Fund prizes and match incentives garnered by ILHIGH will be distributed to your organization in late April or early May, via BILL.
