It’s the Final Countdown |
With just one week to go until the kick off of Amplify Austin Day, now is the time to put the final touches on your campaign. Here are a few things to keep in mind.

Communicate frequently with your audience from now through the end of the campaign. Make sure your campaign is everywhere your audience is - website, social media, emails, and at any physical locations you have.

Customize the “Add A Thank You Message” section on your 2025 Giving Day Profile so your supporters receive an immediate thank you for their donation. Have a plan to thank them after Amplify Austin Day as well.

Submit any offline donations you want counted in your official Amplify Austin Day total to I Live Here I Give Here by 1 pm on March 4.

Brush up on prizes and prize rules if prizes are part of your strategy.

Check in with your Fundraising Champions to see if they need support. Remember, it's not too late to add Fundraising Champions to your campaign - they are the best way to reach new donors!

A Few Frequently Asked Questions |
Why are my changes not showing up on my AmplifyATX.org profile?
Make sure you are editing the correct profile! Your Giving Day profile that is currently visible on AmplifyATX.org is found under the “Giving Day” section on GiveGab. It is not the profile accessible under the menu option “Amplify Austin Day.” Once you’ve made changes, you must hit save and then wait a couple of minutes before refreshing your profile.
I can’t find the Amplify Austin Day Canva templates.
These are located in the “Read Me First” document in the Participating Nonprofit downloadable bundle. Amplify Wilco Day Canva templates are in the “Read Me First” document in the Amplify Wilco Day downloadable bundle.
My GiveGab account says I still need to upload documents, but I thought I was all set.

When will we receive the funds we raised?
Funds raised online at AmplifyATX.org will be deposited directly to your nonprofit's bank account within 5 business days. All offline donations, Amplify Fund prizes, and match incentives will be distributed to your organization in late April or early May.
