Amplify Austin Day Training Series

Don’t miss this! - Amplify Austin Day and your Development Plan

9/10, 12-1 pm

Virtual

All successful Amplify Austin Day campaigns start with a plan, and part of that plan is knowing how this event fits into your annual fundraising strategy. This training will review the elements of a development plan and different strategies that nonprofits use for an event like Amplify Austin Day to reach their fundraising goals. We will talk through setting a realistic and achievable goal and how to balance Amplify Austin Day with other fundraising events and initiatives.

Presented by Elizabeth Wrona

Since 2017, Elizabeth Wrona has successfully led more than a dozen Amplify Austin Day campaigns for Central Texas nonprofits, including Wayside Schools, Wayside Schools Foundation, E3 Alliance, Austin German Shepherd Rescue, The Junior League of Austin, Chariot, Drive A Senior, Pawsitively Reunited, Tankproof, and The Dream Come True Foundation. Collectively, her leadership has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars through Amplify Austin by weaving campaigns seamlessly into annual development strategies and leveraging the power of social media to engage new and returning donors.

With nearly a decade of experience building fundraising campaigns that inspire generosity, Elizabeth is passionate about equipping nonprofits of all sizes with practical tools and strategies to make Amplify Austin Day a successful, and sustainable, part of their overall fundraising plan.

I Live Here I Give Here is proud to partner with ATX Good News to share our Nonprofit Member’s stories. Local Austin news legends Judy Maggio and Leslie Rhode launched ATX Good News in 2022, with the goal of sharing uplifting, inspirational stories in Central Texas. It focuses on people, nonprofits and businesses doing their part to make our community healthier and happier and more motivated to spread good will.

This month’s topic is highlighting incredible volunteers you work with! Share your story of someone who has made a huge impact on your organization.
