Here are a few helpful tips to keep in mind for a successful Amplify Austin Day!
Always use your AmplifyATX.org profile when promoting your campaign.
Any time you are promoting Amplify Austin Day or Amplify Wilco Day, you must use your donation profile on AmplifyATX.org. Please do not use any other donation platform when promoting Amplify Austin Day or Amplify Wilco Day.
Do not use Facebook or Instagram fundraisers for Amplify Austin Day.
These fundraisers do not integrate into our system and do not count towards your Amplify Austin Day total or towards matches or prizes. Additionally, you will not receive all of your donor information if you use these fundraising systems like you would on AmplifyATX.org.
Put your focus on Amplify Austin Day at this time.
Now that we are two weeks away from Amplify Austin Day, you should be directing your fundraising efforts towards your profile on AmplifyATX.org and not competing fundraising efforts.
Share your campaign everywhere your supporters are.
Your campaign should be everywhere your audience is: your e-newsletters, your social media, your website, on flyers if you have a physical location, in your email signature…you get the idea! We have plenty of design tools to help you accomplish this.
Include all important details in your campaign communications.
Make sure your communications include the dates and times for Amplify Austin Day (6 pm March 5-6 pm March 6) and your profile link on AmplifyATX.org. Use the full campaign name of either Amplify Austin Day or Amplify Wilco Day when referring to this event. |
